Lerman Construction started in 1960, and Joel Lerman took it over from his father in 1977. What began as a carpentry business focusing on large housing and apartment developments has evolved into a prominent building and renovation company that continues to seize new markets.
Joel Lerman has been involved in residential and commercial construction for over 24 years, with a special emphasis on custom home new construction and renovation. Joel has earned a reputation for integrity, quality craftsmanship, and personalized service. His commitment to understanding each client's vision and delivering exceptional results has made Lerman Corp a trusted name in custom homes and renovations.
“Even the new homes we build use design elements and materials that pay homage to the elegant tradition of the neighborhood,” he says. “I think the most exciting projects involve wonderful old homes, where respecting the vernacular of the home is essential. We’ve also worked on transforming bland homes, introducing a new look, turning them into something exceptional.”
